WHAT IS THE ICPL?
The International Coalition of Prophetic Leaders is an alliance and professional society of five-fold ministers operating in the office gift of the Prophet from Ephesians 4:11-12. We have chosen to walk in relationship with one another and in alignment with the Apostolic movement via the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders, as well as other Prophetic alliances.
Our primary and overlapping interest is the restoration of the office gift of the Prophet and the gift of prophecy back into the church along with character, integrity and proper biblical protocol. We are in alignment with the Apostolic movement and with the other Five-fold office giftings of the Teacher, Pastor and Evangelist.
We are a company of Prophets, Prophetic Intercessors and Emerging Prophetic Voices. Our emphasis includes proper Biblical education, training, practical experience, along with a generational focus on legacy. In addition to being a prophetic voice to this generation, we consider it essential to equip and empower the next generation with a vision for the future and to work together for the establishment of legacy. We desire to see integrity and accountability within the Prophetic ministry globally.
Being in alignment with the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders, we also carry the 4 R vision of Restoration, Reconciliation, Revival, and Reformation.

A Bit About Us
Dr. Russ Moyer has taught and ministered in the prophetic for more than 20 years. He is the author of six books and is the President and Founder of Eagle World Wide Ministries and the Senior Leader of The Dwelling Place Church in Pensacola, FL. Eagle WorldWide is a network of over 250 relationally connected ministers, ministries, and churches based in Canada and the U.S.
Dr. Russ and his wife Mave pioneered eight churches in North America, as well as founded The International Coalition Of Prophetic Leaders (ICPL), where they serve in alignment with the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ICAL). They are the founders of Eagle Worldwide Community Enrichment and The Center for Excellence which provides empowerment, educational, and training programs for the underprivileged. The project includes The King’s Way Center where over three hundred clients are fed and serviced each day, free of charge, in the inner city of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
The Moyers hold yearly Winter and Summer Camp Meetings that are oriented around prophetic and supernatural ministry. Before entering full time ministry over 20 years ago, both Dr. Russ and Pastor Mave were successful business owners and operators. Dr. Russ and Pastor Mave continue to travel extensively around the world, ministering within the prophetic and apostolic gifting. They have a heart to mentor the next generation into their God given calling and destiny and to prepare for generational succession and legacy.
Gale & Shelly Sheehan are the founders of Destiny Now Ministries and function as an Apostolic Prophetic team in the Body of Christ. They also serve on apostolic oversight leadership teams for networks, Bible colleges, local churches, and minister in governmental and business arenas.
They serve as the Directors of Christian International Apostolic Network, a network of over 3,000 ministers under the vision of founder Bishop Bill Hamon.
Gale & Shelly are published authors and have ministered on television as well as at national and international conferences. Gale & Shelly also travel both nationally and internationally to impact lives for the Lord and have ministered to thousands seeing the Lord touch, heal, and equip people to fulfill their destiny in the Lord.

Ashley Almas is a coach, speaker, and administrator for the International Coalition of Prophetic Leaders and the Eagle Worldwide USA Network of Ministries Administrative Assistant. Ashley has been mentored by Dr. Russ and Pastor Mave Moyer for over 20 years. Within that time, she assisted in raising up hundreds of prophetic leaders across North America. Ashley travels in itinerate ministry flowing within her prophetic gifting. She has a heart to impact and raise up the next generation into their prophetic calling and destiny.

ICPL Official Statement on the Definition of a Prophet is as follows:
The Office gift of the Prophet is also under the foundational ministries for building, directing, and developing churches and leaders. This individual, many times would have an extraordinarily powerful gift of Prophecy and people would sense a divinely anointed utterance and confirmation to the prophetic words that are spoken. They are gifted to receive and communicate the word, message and direction of the Lord to the body. Many times will be called upon to raise up other prophetic voices and will teach and preach with great revelation knowledge and insight from the Word of God.
