END TIME PROPHECY

One of the thirteen realms and channels of the prophetic that I teach about is end time bible prophecy. In 2 Peter 1:21, it says for prophecy came not in old times by the will of men but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

We are talking here about the prophecy of scripture. This is not for private and personal interpretation but rather that His people would discern the times and seasons in the heart of God. That we would prepare our hearts for the great and dreadful day of the Lord. The bible clearly tells us, that in the last days even the elect will be deceived. We, who are seeking hard after the heart of God, need to be especially discerning as we move deeper and higher in revelation knowledge that we stand fully rooted to the Word of God and that we test the spirits. Over the last ten years I have been exposed to many books written concerning end-time revelation and in some cases, I have been very disappointed to find that they are not much more than prophetic nonsense. It is so important that we test each revelation back to the Word of God which is the only true source the more sure word!

What we need to concern ourselves within this season, I believe, is realizing by the signs and the times that we are standing on the threshold of the greatest harvest ever known to man and also on the threshold of the great end-time battle, prophetically proclaimed between good and evil. We need to allow the Lord to prepare our hearts and position us that our lives may be prepared as well as laborers for the harvest.

Jesus Himself, in Matthew 24, when asked privately by His disciples spoke very forthright about the signs of the second coming and the end of the age. He told them and us to take heed that no man would deceive us in verse 4. That entire chapter is important for us as end-time warriors and handmaidens to read, see and understand for ourselves this season in the heart of the Lord. The wars and rumors of wars, the pestilence, famines and earthquakes, false prophets rising up, and the hearts of many waxing cold.

We can turn on CNN or pick up the local newspaper and hear the latest reports of the conflict and turmoil in the Middle East and know in our hearts that we are quickly moving closer to that great and dreadful day! Not only natural disaster but look at what man has done to the ecology and economy by his ignorance, neglect, greed and general moral decay.

This recent disaster involving the release of oil into the Gulf of Mexico has devastating potential. This is an hour when the hearts of men and Nations are being weighed in the very heart of God. We are in a moment where we are all being tried and tested, a time when we need to be steadfast in the Lord, knowledgeable in His Word, and diligent in our quest of His will for our lives.

End-time prophecy happens to be one of my own personal pursuits. I enjoy studying the end time mysteries but in this season in my teaching and preaching He has me focused on preparing the saints, the laborers for the end-time harvest.
We can certainly see the present-day church in each of those that He spoke to in the book of Revelation. He is calling us to come up hither because He wants to show us the things that are to come. The trumpet is sounding. This is the hour that every Prophet prophesied about. It is the moment of the golden harvest, a time to thrust in a sharp sickle. In Revelation 14:14-20 our focus rather than on the seals and the trumpets, the horses, and the beasts, needs to be on preparing a way in our own heart, allowing the Spirit of God to prepare us in this season for the great harvest of souls that is at hand. It should be in ensuring that we ourselves would be counted worthy in that great moment to ride with Him, the Lord of the Harvest, the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords. It says also in Rev 17:14 it says that those who are with Him are the called, the chosen, and the faithful. Many are called but few are chosen. Those that are chosen are those that choose to turn aside from the sounds and the sights and answer the call saying Yes Lord, I will follow you!
The faithful are those who faithfully serve him and persevere to the end and who when they have done all they can do they stand believing. Let you and I be counted among those, the called, the chosen, and the faithful that will ride with Him!
