KINGDOM REVELATION: A NEW DIMENSION
These are days of revelation glory. It’s revelation that brings us into the fullness of the Kingdom Dimension
Ephesians 3:19-20 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. 20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.
Things first happen on the inside before they happen on the outside. IT is the power of Christ within. The outer world always matches the inner world. Our world is never bigger on the outside than it is on the inside.
The Lord said the Kingdom of God is within. What a man thinks in his heart, so is he. (Pro 23:7) Who is this Christ and what are going to do with Christ the hope of Glory within you?
The Lord spoke to us in parables, allegories, and ministered with questions. Jesus, the one that had all the answers, ministered in questions. It’s the difference between the western and eastern revelation of learning: western culture tends to teach through lecture, Eastern, especially in mid-eastern culture, have a deeper method of learning that challenges man with questions so that he must bring forth revelation with his own thoughts and tongue.
Jesus ministered that way in much of His walk.
- His questions did not always make sense to man, nor do we understand His motives.
- Isaiah 55:8-9, His thoughts are not our thoughts, and His ways are not our ways.
- This process is drawing out of you from the inside outward
- The Kingdom is Big in You! God is Big in You!
Jesus said to the blind man, “What do you want?”
- He knew what the blind man wanted
- Blind man needed to hear from his own mouth the issue of His heart and declare by his faith that Christ could do what he wanted.
Matt 16:13-18 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. 15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Certainly, it was important to Him to know who other people thought He was. But the important thing to the disciples was who they thought He was. For a revelation to be effective in the life of a believer it must be personal. Who is Christ to you? Christ isn’t Jesus’ last name. That was who He was. Peter declared it after he heard it. Jesus will never be bigger, never be more, than you and I declare Him to be in our own lives.
Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
- It’s always according to my declaration. Let’s begin to make those bold proclamations and declare the Kingdom of God!
- Let’s call those things that are not, as though they were! Let’s command our morning at the start of each day! (Job 38:12)
- Not just speaking but truly believing in my heart – that is faith!
- Real revelation can be shared by man but it is given by the Spirit.
- Matt. 16:18 He said he would build His church upon this rock.
- His church is the Kingdom Revelation of His people.
- He didn’t build it upon Peter the rock, but upon the solid rock of revelation.
The Kingdom in you will be built upon the revelation. When you have a revelation from heaven then the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Revelation is not hidden from us. It is something that is hidden for us.
- To the Israelites, He said, “I’ve hidden from the wise and prudent and reveal it unto babes.”
- That doesn’t mean he wants us to act like children but rather be dependent upon Him.
- When we get revelation there comes responsibility to receive, believe, and obey.
John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it to you.
Revelation Glory is Him continuing to try and reveal Himself to us. The revelation is for you and me. He wants to reveal himself.
Deut. 29:29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.
The secret things belong to the Lord but those things which are revealed belong to us, to the children forever. Look Deeper, He has more for you. More than you can imagine. Only Believe! Seek! Knock! Ask!
Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Acts 19:11-20 11 God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, 12so that when the handkerchiefs or aprons that had touched his skin were brought to the sick, their diseases left them, and the evil spirits came out of them. 13Then some itinerant Jewish exorcists tried to use the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, ‘I adjure you by the Jesus whom Paul proclaims.’ 14Seven sons of a Jewish high priest named Sceva were doing this. 15But the evil spirit said to them in reply, ‘Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?’ 16Then the man with the evil spirit leapt on them, mastered them all, and so overpowered them that they fled out of the house naked and wounded. 17When this became known to all residents of Ephesus, both Jews and Greeks, everyone was awestruck; and the name of the Lord Jesus was praised. 18Also many of those who became believers confessed and disclosed their practices. 19A number of those who practiced magic collected their books and burned them publicly; when the value of these books* was calculated, it was found to come to fifty thousand silver coins. 20So the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed.
So mightily grew the Word of God and Prevailed!!! These are perilous times as Paul described in 2 Timothy 3:1-7. Drastic times that require drastic measures – Let’s be radical Christians, making radical choices and radical commitments!
