Apostle Russ Moyer is the Presiding Prophet of ICPL
Dr. Russ Moyer has taught and ministered in the prophetic for more than 20 years. He is the author of six books and is the President and Founder of Eagle World Wide Ministries and the Senior Leader of The Dwelling Place Church in Pensacola, FL.
Eagle Worldwide is a network of over 250 relationally connected ministers, ministries, and churches based in Canada and the U.S. Dr. Russ and his wife Mave pioneered eight churches in North America, as well as founded The International Coalition Of Prophetic Leaders (ICPL), where they serve in alignment with the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ICAL). They are the founders of Eagle Worldwide Community Enrichment and The Center for Excellence which provides empowerment, educational, and training programs for the underprivileged. The project includes The King’s Way Center where over three hundred clients are fed and serviced each day, free of charge, in the inner city of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
