Marlene Bilodeau has only one desire: Serving God the way He calls her to. She was ordained by Dr.Russ Moyer in 2012. She is part of the Network of the ordained ministers of Eagle Worldwide Ministries.
She is the founder and president of the Ministry “A Refuge Under His Wings-Quebec” which is a prophetic ministry that is apostolically lead.
She pastors a Church in Quebec City – “God’s Embassy” – and is building an Apostolic Center as well.
The mission she received from God is to contribute to the development of the integrity of the body of Christ, which means that each Christian walks in the fullness of the power he received from God to accomplish His will which is to spread His Kingdom on earth. Making disciples who will be in the right position to advance the Kingdom of God on earth is the command of Jesus that burns in her heart.
She is also a speaker known to bring a message that is for now and gives all the keys to apply God’s Word in the daily situations of life.
She authored 5 books and founded her own publishing house.
In 2015, she was commissioned as an ambassador of the International Coalition of Prophetic leaders by Dr.Russ Moyer, Founder and Presiding Prophet of the International Coalition of Prophetic leaders. She is presently founding a Company of Prophetic leaders in Quebec which will be under the spiritual covering of Dr.Russ Moyer.
